Display Power and Success through "Power Poses"

Harvard Professor Amy Cuddy, revealed that we can actually change feelings we have about our own status through the physical positions we take with our bodies. Her research participants had higher levels of testosterone and lower levels of cortisol after only two minutes in a "power pose". Cuddy asked if such findings can have wider implications for empowerment training.

Bottom line: You communicate more through your body language and tone than through your words. Be aware of the signals you’re sending, so you can be sure what you’re “saying” is really what you want to communicate.

Attached is an article further emphasizing and describing the power of poses.
